Depending on your event, service may include individually packaged meals, shared trays, drop-off catering, or food served directly from our mobile trailer. The menu and service format are developed around your guest count, budget, dietary needs, location, and schedule.
Mobile trailer service requires suitable parking and safe site access. We confirm the arrival window, service location, operating requirements, and cleanup arrangements in advance.
